Our interconnected programs nurture holistic environmental champions who lead change in their schools and communities
We train primary-school pupils as Environmental Champions and establish Green Clubs in every partner school. Champions plant orchards, run indigenous tree nurseries, drive school and community tree-planting campaigns, and lead conservation efforts that restore ecosystems and combat climate change — building leadership and life skills that last well beyond the classroom.
Through school and household fruit orchards, indigenous tree nurseries, beekeeping, clean-cooking solutions, village savings & loan associations (VSLAs) and trained community ambassadors, champions and their families learn climate-smart livelihood skills that generate income while protecting the environment — making conservation financially self-sustaining and improving food security.
We remove barriers to learning with education support and school-levy assistance, pair pupils with trained peer mentors, and strengthen student leadership within each school. Scholarships keep vulnerable champions enrolled while mentorship builds confidence and resilience — producing well-rounded young leaders who transform their communities through knowledge and peer guidance.
Schools nurturing the next generation of environmental leaders through Green Clubs and mentorship
When an older champion mentors a younger one, both grow. Our mentorship program creates bonds that transcend school walls and transform communities.

Senior champions mentor newcomers, sharing skills, knowledge, and confidence through weekly meetings and joint projects.
Every partner school has a Green Club — the heartbeat of our program. These clubs meet weekly, run environmental projects, and serve as incubators for the next generation of environmental leaders.

Every champion follows a leadership pathway that transforms them from curious students into confident environmental leaders.
